  • What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. As you progress, shorts are recommended as they allow better grip on the pole. Avoid wearing lotions or oils on the day of class, as they make the pole slippery.
  • Can I wear shoes during class?
Yes, you can wear shoes as long as they are meant for pole dancing (such as Pleaser style). You must first take our Beginner Pole Shoes Workshop, Intro to Flow in Heels 4 Week Course, or have prior experience from another studio.
  • What type of poles do you have?
Our studio features 40mm poles, which are slightly thinner than the 45mm poles commonly found in other studios. This can make gripping and performing tricks easier, especially for those with smaller hands.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another student. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to loss of the class.
  • What other gear might be recommended?
Besides your regular workout attire, we recommend bringing knee pads and pole grip to enhance your comfort and performance during classes. Knee pads are particularly helpful for floor work and pole tricks that involve sliding or kneeling.
  • I’m new to pole dancing. Where should I start?
We recommend starting with our Pole Fun-damentals 1 Course, a 4-week series designed to give you a solid foundation. You can also try our Intro to Pole Dance Class if you want to test the waters first. We have a page dedicated to newcomers.
  • How do I register for a single class like Intro to Pole Dance?
During registration, select the "Pole Curious" option, which is a single, non-recurring class plan. This allows you to sign up for individual classes without commitment.
  • Do we need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants will need to sign a waiver before participating in any pole dancing activities. This can be done upon arrival at the studio.
  • Are men allowed to attend classes?
Absolutely! Men are welcome to join and participate in our pole dance classes and private parties.
  • Can we bring alcohol to the studio?
For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we do not allow alcohol in the studio during pole dance parties or classes.
  • I don’t have a lot of upper body strength. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! In the beginning, your arms mainly help you stay on the pole, and you'll build strength as you progress. Most people are surprised by how quickly they grow stronger and more skilled with consistent practice.
  • I’m awkward and don’t have dance experience. Is that okay?
Yes, it’s totally okay! Our owner didn’t have much dance experience when she started. The feeling of awkwardness goes away as you get more comfortable, and our instructors are here to support you every step of the way. We focus on fun and personal growth, so no need to worry about being perfect.
  • I don’t feel sexy. Can I still do pole dance?
Absolutely! You don’t need to feel or be sexy to pole dance. It’s about learning something new, having fun, and enjoying the journey. Pole dancing can help you build confidence and discover a new side of yourself.

  • How many participants can attend the party?
We can accommodate up to 12 participants. If you have a larger group, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
  • What should you wear to the party?
Wear comfortable workout clothes. Your instructor will likely be in either a tank top or sports bra and shorts or leggings. We’ll be barefoot so, if anyone isn’t comfortable being barefoot, they’ll want to bring socks with grips on the bottom - regular socks are too slippery. Avoid lotions or oils on the day of the party, as they can make the pole slippery. You can also bring fun costumes or accessories to match the theme of your celebration!
  • What is your cancellation policy for private parties?
Full payment is due upon scheduling, with $75 being non-refundable. Refunds of the remaining balance are available up to 2 weeks prior to the party. Within 2 weeks of the party, the payment is entirely non-refundable.
  • What is your late policy for private parties?
We ask that all participants arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but the party will still end at the scheduled time.
  • What can we expect on the day of the party?
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our friendly staff and introduced to your instructor. The party will start with a fun and engaging warm-up, followed by learning some basic pole dance moves and tricks. Your instructor will guide you through a mini-routine, ensuring everyone has a great time. We’ll also make time for photos and videos so you can capture the fun memories.
  • Can we bring food and drinks?
Our regular parties do not allow time for snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. If you’d like to book extra time for an additional cost after your party, please let us know. We recommend bringing water bottles for people to use throughout the party as needed.
  • How do I book a private party?
You can book your private party by sending us a message. Full payment is required to secure your date and time. Remember, $75 of the payment is non-refundable.
  • Are there any age restrictions for private parties?
Participants must be at least 18 years old. We require all participants to sign a waiver before the party begins. No children are allowed.
  • Do we need prior pole dancing experience?
No prior experience is necessary! Our private parties are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to those with some pole dancing background. The focus is on having fun and celebrating with your friends.
  • What time of day do you recommend for a party?
Our most popular party time is Saturday late morning to mid-afternoon. This allows everyone to go back and get ready before heading out to dinner or other evening plans. We can accommodate evening parties based on availability, but recommend scheduling them before dinner. In the past, parties have lost time due to restaurant delays.
  • Can I attend other classes while enrolled in the Pole Fun-damentals course?
Yes, you can attend any of our Beginner or All Level pole dance classes in conjunction with your Pole Fun-damentals courses. This will help reinforce what you’re learning and accelerate your progress.
