Service Description

Our Pole Conditioning Class is designed to help students build the strength and flexibility needed for pole tricks, all while refining their technique. The class begins with a light stretch to warm up your muscles, followed by targeted conditioning exercises to build the power required for pole work. Afterward, you'll have the opportunity to focus on tricks you've learned in other classes, receiving guidance from our instructor to improve form and execution. While this class welcomes all levels, beginners should have attended enough classes to know what they want to work on. What to Expect: - A warm-up and light stretching to get your body ready - Focused exercises to build pole-specific strength and flexibility - Time to work on and refine tricks you've already learned with instructor support - A supportive, encouraging atmosphere to connect with fellow students What to Bring: - Comfortable workout clothing (shorts recommended) - Water bottle - A positive attitude and goals to work on This class is all about growth, teamwork, and celebrating your progress with friends. Whether you're mastering a new move or fine-tuning a favorite trick, you'll leave feeling accomplished and energized.
