This course focuses on refining the skills learned in both Pole Fun-damentals 1 & 2. We'll work on perfecting techniques like Knee Locks, Pole Sits, Wrist Sits, Climbing, and Inverting. Pole Fun-damentals 3 is often referred to as the "magic course" because something about this level flips a switch in students' brains. Suddenly, everything starts to click, and you’ll feel more competent, confident, and comfortable with pole dancing than ever before. What to Expect: Advanced refinement of spins, transitions, and techniques from Pole Fun-damentals 1 & 2 A deeper focus on strength, control, and fluidity in your movements Continued work on inverting with increased confidence and precision Supportive instruction designed to help you unlock your potential and feel empowered What to Bring: Comfortable pole dance clothing (shorts and a fitted top are ideal for grip) Water bottle to stay hydrated Knee pads for added comfort during floor work and transitions Prerequisite: Completion of Pole Fun-damentals 1 & 2 is required to join.
