Pole Play is all about experiencing pole in a fun, lighthearted way! This class uses games and creative activities to shift your focus from perfection to play. Whether it’s a round of red light/green light or stringing together moves chosen by the group, the goal is to get you out of your head and into your body. It’s not about doing it “right”—it’s about moving, laughing, and enjoying the process! What to Expect: A warm-up designed to get you loose and ready to play. Fun games and activities that encourage creativity and spontaneity. Opportunities to explore movement without pressure or judgment. A joyful, supportive environment that celebrates self-expression and fun. What to Bring: Comfortable pole attire (shorts and a fitted top are ideal for grip). Water bottle to stay hydrated. Knee pads are encouraged for added comfort during floor work. Prerequisite: We recommend having at least a few months of pole dance experience or completion of the Intro to Pole Dance class to join.
